Thats the Win version. Where would I find the library for Mac?

Hi Holdup, are you sure the MKS-20 E Piano 2.db file (the missing library file) goes to STEAM\Keyscape?
(in fact, I have a doubt).
IMO, the right place seems to be STEAM\Keyscape\Soundsources\Factory\Keyscape Library\Keyboards

....success story on win to save people time:
'you place it' means exactly fifty three database files, all naked no folders.

And, the STEAM folder-structure referenced is already typed for you and premade in the 'library update' link. ya do the win/mac install, plugin directory doesn't really matter there but defaults to programfiles/steinberg whatever...gonna delete these later anyway.
In 'library update' you also get a data/steam folder, worth noting.
Before you start unraring keyboards, unrar the 'keyscape' rar in the 'library' dl.
The folders (defaults,doc..,ss,ls) get merged into your steam\keyscape directory you have from 'library update'\data\full. guess right here if there's an overwrite prompt xD

You may put this Steam folder anywhere (keyscape asks where it is on launch, but will say invalid until it's 53full). It's not finished unless it gets 4 folders (from a keyscape rar in 'library') merged in, and 53 databases in Keyboards. So now you have a steam directory with a Keyscape\Soundsources\Factory\Keyscape Library\Keyboards folder, and 53 sets of rar>database files to put in there nakeeed no more folders. There is a lot of unraring to do between the library and additional:missinglibrary file downloads.

testing standalone,
if you have your midi keyboard hooked into a daw previous, the standalone won't detect it. close daw and try standalone standalone lol. There is a settings page top left of keyscape that's kinda tricky to find but lets see if midi device is connected but not checked etc. standalone seems to want both plugin files in the programdata plugin 64 directory fyi and doesn't look elsewhere except where you tell it steam\... is upon launch. there is a virtual keyboard within keyscape to troubleshoot.

for moira's first instruction, i'd clarify by saying **you only need to use one kind of plugin with a daw, not both**, and the vst3 doesn't seem to need authorization, and the dll seems stuck wanting authorization.
The vst3 didn't seem to be detected by reaper if the dll was seen first, so make sure the daw only sees a vst3 which you've put in your usual plugin directory. dll seemed to be stuck wanting auth. your programfiles or programfilesx86 steinberg folders dont need anything keyscape but the plugin files are thrown in there by the exe's default so be aware of that.

so both plugins in op overwrite programdata\spectr..\.plugins\64..,
steam folder wherever built from 'library update'\data\full\Steam example
+ 4folders merged from 'library'keyscape rar to steam\keyscape
+ 53 Keyboard database files from 'library' and 'missinglibraryfile' to Steam\...\Keyboards wherever.
+ only 1 keyscape vst3 in your usual daw plugins spot, doesn't have to be in programdata nor the steam folder
- remove plugins from programfiles/86 directories if they're there needlessly.

no need for any other files than right here, op and the comment im replying to, and winrar to unrar a lot. no omnisphere no keygens. moiraop is 1.3.3d the r2r 'library update' is 1.3.4c, and importance of the 'library update' is whatever the exe does and that you're given the steam structure in that download under data\full. the final plugin files (2) are the moira ones unchanged, they can always be slapped overtop programdata\plugins\64 or the vst3 without the dll can be put in your usual plugin directory. choose vst3 keyscape in your daw and see if that one doesn't require auth, if the dll does.

Ye, gonna write an installer,
also patched the automatic update checks on every launch + opening the browser...
and I unlocked Stylus RMX as well.
