Because this will update your old library so that it also plays in EZD3 and SD3 now.
Uh, assuming this is actually a recent version of the library ? Hmmm...
It will still work in EZD2.
For one thing, the UI is bigger in EZD3 now.

You can update your old ezx by installing EZD2 after you've installed the ezx.
