In case of ToneBoosters and Audio Damage, giving older plugins for free to bring attention to the new plugins maybe? Just imagine how many people will visit those 3 websites now. They'll get traffic problems. :)
However, in Accusonus' case is the buyout from Meta, so they are closing the business and starting to work for Meta.

No it doesn't.
It says it is for Catalina and above for Intel, and Big Sur and above for M1.
Which still doesn't help your question about 5.4.10 on High Sierra...

5.4.10 is before 6.2.0
High Sierra is before Catalina and Big Sur.
So if this 5.4.10 is good for W7 as said above, and W7 was 32/64Bit, then...

If it states Catalina and newer, then it contains 64 bit only plugins. Since high sierra supports both 32 and 64 bit, I'd try my luck.

So, I tried version 6 from another site (not here yet) on my M1 Mac. That cracked version leaves wicked pop and click artifacts, and Voice Changer crashes. I went back to ERA 5 and everything is working perfectly. There are only a few plugins in this bundle that are worth anything as the rest make the audio sound fake. This is perfect for YouTubers who don't care. Has anyone had any issues with this version or tried 6 and the voice changer from here?

Meta aka. Facebook just bought Accusonous I don't think they will enter the same fate as Oculus (creator of VR headsets) where they sometimes betrayed by Facebook. It's kinda controversial to say but yeah.

I felt kinda sad when I saw that news since months.
