Minor things.

- Fixed graphical glitches (e.g. in real-time analyzer displays), which could occur when using an NVIDIA graphics card in an older Mac.
- Fixed an issue where interface animations could become choppy when using monitors with very high refresh rates on Windows (e.g. 240 Hz).
- Pro-Q: Fixed a crash which could occur when Cmd/Ctrl+clicking the Q value in the parameter value display of a curve, while the piano scale is visible.
- Timeless 3: Fixed missing modulation visualization in the filter display (accidentally disabled in the previous minor update).
- Timeless 3: Fixed a possible crash when dragging the main tap in the delay display, while Feedback Pan was set all the way to -1 or 1.
- Volcano 3: The mouse wheel now works correctly with curves using the Band Pass shape, changing the slope of the filter.
- Minor bug fixes.

What do you mean? All fine here Presets are all accessible from within the GUI itself at the top.
Was this a fresh/new install, or, did you try to install over the top of a previous release from another group (which is not recommended)?

Try to remove the preset folder C:\users\%username%\documents\FabFilter then relaunch/rescan all fabfilter plugins.

VR still dont know how to crack fabfilter stuff, their fabfilter releases always have timebomb issues. R2R is the way to go for this one (hope i can say that for R2R steinberg stuff)

It timebombs in Equalizer APO after 30 days, just like the R2R releases. It might work fine in other DAWs, I didn't check.
