Have you tested the chord generator ? I'm not using this type of VST's for generating chords or whatever usually but it seems like the 'plus' of this VST and strongest argument for them, so does it really worth it ? Just wondering how much of waste the VST could be, Octave Deluxe has already decieved me so I could make a conclusion good or bad about the company for now.

I'm unsure for now, I always fear the companies saying "Instrument for rap producers" or "Made for beatmakers" because, even if I'm a beatmaker, I really find that those companies are pushing the "0 theory, 0 skill, 0 inspiration rap producer" cliche to its limits. I want to defend my community but it's sometimes really hard with the video tutorials on youtube being like "How to make a pro melody without theory/without skill/without thinking/without breathing" uh...
VSt's claiming that they make it easier for beatmaker which is already made super easy by the amount of tutorials, ressources, kits and genre codes (not always easy but for the most popular part) are not good quality sounds... they seems to make VST just to sell to the gigantic number of producers following the "type beat x how to make a chord without knowing its a chord" just like the famous Unison MIDI Chord Pack lmao. Selling to the crowd who wants to be DrDre in 30 days.
I'm not flaming producers taking the "easy" way, I've been there too, but I'm flaming the rest of the community, doing all their best to keep those beginner producers at their actual level, by making the process even more easier again and again, with tutorials that take them for dumbs and all. I hope I'm not looking shitty, I'm not raging, just want the best for my bros and sis in the music journey.

Thanks a lot

You are 100% right
Im a MAC user and i had quite some struggles converting the rar files from Windows -> Mac
I use Winebottler and downloaded WINrar and repaired the files. But still some of the rar files would not decompressed.

You misunderstand. He means there is no Installer for macOS for the library, only a Windows installer.
And there is no need for you to be "converting" any files, and I can't imagine what you mean.

? It's either all or nothing with .rar files. You click on one, they should all unpack into the original source data. You cannot open each one up !
Maybe you mean that some of your files were corrupt downloads ?

Don't take the criticism to heart - the sound library is SOLID, and the sound quality is good. I was surprised by the size of the library given the number of presets, but it's because each of the samples are recorded long and morph throughout. It's a personal choice of course whether 20gb is worth it for this ROMpler, but it's pretty impressive to me.

Thanks +1M to FLARE
