Whether the prices are too high is subjective; I'm careful where I spend my cash because I'm ridiculously far from wealthy, but thanks to regular sales, I'm legit on Black Rooster. The other factor in this would be quality, and I've been impressed with their plugins, enough so that I've stayed current with their releases.
Also, I'm not sure what you mean about the free plugins bit.
All of their free plugins are still free, they merely utilize a all-plugin installer, similar to Melda, but with the convenient ability to choose which you want to install.

First of all thanks to VR for their superb releases . I want to suggest if its possible in the future to give us the option on the installer to chose the plugins that we want to install ! It would be great ! Think of it ..... thanks again .

yes, if this choice could be available on all their bundle releases and we could choose to install only the plugins we need it would save us a lot of time uninstalling all the other ones we don't need or want. In any case I appreciate their work giving us so many great releases over the years.

I've been impressed with the new RO-SPR, and I'm not even a huge Spring Reverb guy. Cool use? Try it in place of your usual reverb on any Wurlitzers, Rhodes, etc.; it adds reverb but also strengthens the overall sustained tone (I've yet to find any Spring Reverb that does this as well, though, I obviously haven't tried every one out there.) Very cool use, if you're into EPs.
