once I do all the steps the file does this that I describe below.
It gives me a SUDO failure

I have red all the comments and variations on how to patch successfully, none of it worked.
So i checked the text files from my old patches that did worked ( Modulation FX bundle 2020.10 ) and applied the one that seemed to be like the one of this present release and it worked.
The essential missing part being that when you have typed your chmod command and drag your .command file and press enter you have to double click your very same .command file you just dragged before.

So here it is step by step :

1 > have a terminal and new finder window open side by side
2 >In Terminal type
chmod u+x
3 > after 'x' hit space bar
4 >now from the side window drag the unzipped 'Arturia Modulation Bundle.command' to terminal
5 > so that it gets the file path
e.g
chmod u+x "/Users/'your username'/Downloads/Arturia\ Modulation\ FX\ Bundle\ 2020.10\ /Arturia\ Modulation\ Bundle.command

> hit enter
>give password if asked

now double click 'Arturia Modulation Bundle.command' and it'll work

Based on the error you supplied ("sudo: no valid sudoers sources found, quitting") here is my guess. Try at your own risk; sudo commands can wreak havoc on your os if misused...

Try sudo --validate in mac osx terminal. If it shows you there are no sudoers, then you would have to fix sudo (or enable if you haven't).
