Superior Drummer 3.2.4 is now available to download using the Product Manager or from the ‘My Products’ area in your Toontrack account. Please note that version 3.2.4 is required for the support of Superior Drummer 3 products released from this point forward (Q4 2020).
CHANGES
E-Drums
Added e-drum presets for TD-27, SD200, SD600 and SD1200.
BUG FIXES
General
Playing instruments with missing user samples can no longer cause a crash.
Undoing loading a user preset did not restore the previously loaded preset name correctly. The preset name was sometimes not recalled correctly when loading projects either.
Song Track
Using “Search with Tap2Find” in the song block context menu could lead to a crash later when interacting with the song block.
Right-clicking a not selected song block and choosing Mute or Unmute no longer causes a crash.
Edit Play Style
Amount changes were not loaded correctly from projects, so if a project was loaded and saved again, any Amount changes would be lost.
Copy/paste in Edit Play Style always pasted the MIDI on the original drum instead of the one the user clicked on.
Drums Tab
Changing the MIDI mapping for an instrument would sometimes lead to a crash.
Grooves Tab
E-drum mappings on linked folders (both existing and previous/unlinked) can no longer affect Toontrack MIDI.
Mixer
Peak meters on the right channels in the mixer measured the wrong signal.

for some reason after the unistall adn the install, when i pent he device, it tells me no library can be found. then when i attempt to create a path by connecting to the database that came w the content folder of this download, it tells me no EZ or midi files found in that path

It's asking for autorizathion for the libs.

Only EzDrummer Lib loaded: Modern and Vintage. But for the other EZX libs is asking authorization too.

No problems with midi libs.

Man. It seems you're new, so you might wander about on the site and you will learn (either on this site or the sister site) that you don't have to install everything. Some packs are overheads, bleeds or surround files and are not mandatory.

I'm on OSX High Sierra 10.13.6

So far: Is asking authorization for all SDX libs and EZX libs except for the Stock Ones of EzDrummer (Modern and Vintage)

AU: Working in Logic 10.4
VST: Working in Reaper
AAX: NOT WORKING, as expected. (Superior Drummer 3 is not a compatible x64 aax plugin) Legit Pro Tools 2021.3

Both AU and VST asking fot SDX and EZX authorization.

a lot of AAX plugs work in legit PT but they don't have to be modified...otherwise PT doesn't recognise them..
However,i am wondering how the old Superior 2 worked in iegit PT...Probably,cause it was a challenge/response thing...

You can work with the "Basic Sound Library" alone, which is about 40GB - all the rest, the "Room Mics" and the "Additional Bleed" is extra stuff.
Since this basic library has some room mics too, for me working with only that already sounds really good.

What sucks is, that the basic library and the extra stuff has to be on the same drive - you can't split that and have the basic library on your machine's drive (it loads quicker then if your machine has an SSD) and the rest on an extra drive.
I asked Toontracks support about that, and they said that this is not possible. (Although this was more than a year ago, so I might ask them again, but I suppose it's still not possible.)

I have my whole SD3 sample library on a separate drive and it works fine. You just need to enter the path for each drum collection separately in the manage libraries window. What I have an issue with (and only as of 3.2.4) is that the midi grooves are visible but not playing...each of them has that nasty yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in front of it. I put all the Midi files in Library/Application Support/Toontrack/Superior Drummer 3/Additional Libraries/Midi. Anyone has a solution for this?
