As always, pretty good stuff here. Tested on a PC. Only thing I noticed that will probably be adjusted (as this is only version 1) is the threshold on the compressor is super sensitive. It goes from zero to -7db gr with the tiniest movement of the knob. Also, pretty CPU intensive for a channel strip especially if you wanted to run 20 or so in a mix. One instance is ok though.

Loaded into Reaper 6 project on 27 tracks. CPU usage stays below 30% throughout project.

Just using the pre-amp filter, Lo-Hi & XFMR improved overall definition of session. Really impressed!

It's presented as an Alpha version. Which means, for testing purposes. You can't hold this up against him really.

Yes, his stuff can be quite buggy, but also quite impressive sounding.

I'm overly impressed how he manages to create all this at such a pace, singlehandedly. Coding, circuit modelling and GUI design. He must at least be a workaholic.

Yeh I agree with everything you say dude. It wasn't a criticism. I was aware it was an alpha version. It was more a note for people so they know what to expect when they download it. I felt that it was more useful than writing a comment like "Mac please" or "Why doesn't this work in Windows 7" hahaha

One could wish his final versions were more final. Maybe it's a new strategy to mark them as alphas/betas, before they are throughly tested.

It's just that the critics and bashing he often gets can sometimes seem a bit over the top. It's fair to mention the obvious problems.
I just can't think of another dev who delivers at such a pace, considered the crazy amount of work, lines of code need to be written, and not to mention the amount of insight required. Blows me away, to say the least.

So the flaws are maybe the flipside of all this creative activity. Noone is perfect.

Tested on Reaper across three studio drum tracks (kick,snare, hi-hit). Very good sound & performance for an Alpha release.

What is the issue with some AO plugins, sometimes, the cursor goes thought the plugin UI ! Also notices if I turn up mid frequencies, LF seams to to be weaker. Why are the needles of the inactive blocks still moving ?
