Is this pre-activated to work on any Windows OS or just WIN 10?

UPDATE:
Tried it on Win 7 & Win 8.1 and the installers do not work, so only Win 10 .

I guess it's for Windows 10 but I haven't tried the old or other Windows versions: perhaps it works all the same.

Because he was asking for Photoshop only and not the full suite which is almost 20 GB vs less than 2 GB:
There are no separate links apparently and the full 20 GB suite must be downloaded even if you only need a few apps and not the full package.
