You can perfectly underline a member's behavior if it's wrong, no matter if he/she is a team , staff or regular member, but you have to be sure about what you state and check twice facts before.
And my advice, based on the experience here, is that it's much better to report to moderator than accuse publicly.

While your "jake" himself says to another member that he has a bonus content, but won't give it to him, because he didn't deserve it... for him(jake) not to have a bonus content have been proved to be a complete unlikelihood by

I just want to say that I've been a part of all the Cymatics group buys with Jake, and it's always worked out! He may be a little tough to reach sometimes, and thus communication can be challenging. However I always got exactly what I expected, at a very reasonable price, and usually within a couple days of the product release.

I was however missing bonuses for Savage Trap and JAWZ, but he's JUST sent me the links for all the JAWZ stuff, and I'm awaiting the final link for the Savage stuff, but I'm sure he's good on his word.

I'll keep you posted, but so far I have no reason not to trust Jake. Though he could be a little more organized and efficient, I don't think he's scamming or anything.

Somebody says Jake is legit, I can't verify if these guys/claims are real or fake... but my experience with Jake wasn't brilliant because he was so unreliable, started to act childish and was so urgent about "please tell them I'm not scam, and I will send you pack" which smells fishy all the way to me. I don't care that he practically robbed me off few bucks...
People who made group buys with me can say that they got everything we agreed on, every bonus or whatever, and that I always splitted the price equally and fairly.

I don't want to burden AudioZ no more with these group buys comments and spams and one side versus another beefs, so I want to establish group chat/community on outside social media (all anonymous, no fb/twitter required), where we can organize group buys, exchange sample packs real-time... if you're interested PM me or write me on email

I guess that's the best way to develop more trust and achieve soemthing together

I'm just going to say, that's not how it went down. He never said "if you say im not a scam I will send the pack" or any alternate version. I like your idea, but let's not stimulate false hatred with theories of betrayal (no matter how practical). I can send you full email conversation where I messaged him all weekend to make sure people got what they needed.

yes I got the pack month before, but without bonuses. That's why I was saying to not trust him with bonuses because he never delivered them. And in these emails as you can see he says that he has bonuses but first I have to delete comments about him scamming people, then he will send it -> I obviously didn't do it because I took a
leap of faith twice with him and I was burned both times... I just don't want to discuss him no more, we have different opinions about him, all that is sure are these emails we exchanged...

I don't want to waste any more time of it - it will not give me my money back neither I will get the bonuses... I think all these screens speaks for themeselves, anyone can create opinion on the matter, it is possible that he acted differently with you, but this is how this conversation happened between me and him...nothing to add... I just don't want to have anything with him next time and I want to create some trustworthy group where everyone will have same conditions and will recieve everything in time without these misunderstandings... contact me if anyone is interested... This post is about sharing woth everyone, it's very different, so please stop commenting about group buy problem, about which, if you remember I stated that:

Nope, here is everything that people who paid in buy group got, nobody but the person who organized the group has full-content, which means sending him money is not a good idea, he will scam you too... if you want to participate in legit and transparent group buys next time, PM me, we have nice private group chat going :)

I'm not sure if the bonuses worth 70bucks if the core and basics of the pack are uploaded here... I could pitch in something, but going 25 bucks per person (or 35 if split in half only) just for bonuses is a waste of money I guess...
