I wasn't even interested in the bonuses before so I didn't ask about them. Where are the screenshots of him saying he had the bonuses, was sending them, or ever intended to purchase them. If your argument is about the Jawz+ x Savage bonuses then those screenshots are not very useful as I was in contact with Jake to verify the situation among the claims I was reading, Those 2 screenshots are from 1pm today. Which doesn't strike me as unusual as no-one received special treatment and received anything early. Like I said, I've watched this situation for days and actually communicated with jake. Let's not ruin something great.

It actually shouldn't be my business, but seeing old members being deceived and a caravan of new sock-puppets stomping on them, makes me to stand up for them, because a situation looks really bad... the implied money making by deceiving people and getting money from them way over the amount required... then saying to them what they deserved and what they didn't is an appalling set up for more victims......

If you had looked on the matter ToneBot, you should know that bonuses comes immediately with the purchase if you buy the pack within first week of it's release, you don't have to "buy" them. I paid JKvna I think 10/15 bucks for Savage Drums first or second day pack was released, I got pack in next 48 hours - he definitely got right for bonuses. After that I asked for bonuses numerous times, he still claimed he doesn't have them, so I sent him link to contact Cymatics team - Jake claimed he got no response from them = bulls*it, I contacted them before when I had problem with product I bought, they responded within 2 hours with functioning link, everything smooth.
Here are 1 month old emails with Jake, last email when I asked about bonuses got no response from him until last Friday, when he asked if I'd like to group buy JAWZ..

First of all, I did look in on the matter, and with claims coming from all over the place, I asked for sources of info as it would help relieve some wasted time. This Josh has not done.

Second, No Josh, I am not saying they joined to lie. I am saying they joined to verify as I did, that they got the contents. And because the time they received them aligns with most others (today) it doesn't seem unusual.

I understand why you are skeptical, but Jake never claims he has them or is withholding any bonus content. Just because you had great customer service doesn't mean he did. He could have bought the backs and lost information needed to verify, had trouble with paypal, anything. We don't know, and as I stated multiple times, I am waiting to see the results. But as far as the initial packs and the important parts (the presets and projects), they are available.

So how hard is it to send a link for the rest, who did not get it? Don't tell me that it's too much work... because "too much" will have to be multiplied by 10/15 bucks and that would mean that he was paid "too much" to do "too much" work... sounds fair... he's paid, he has to send a link to them... the more links he has to send, means the more money he earned... so "too much work" is out of the equation, I guess...

Another view: If you had bought something that says for example "1+1 gratis", wouldn't you demand to get the bonus too? The bonuses are part of the deal, it's obligatory for them to give you full product. Cymatics are building their company on good contact with customers. Losing informations about your order is just ridiculous, you get payment info in paypal profile, you get email confirmation + all products you buy on their site are added to account under your email, so there is no way he could have possibly lost ALL information about purchase...
+ this didn't happen once, but twice: Savage Drums and JAWS... he got ripped in two individual and independent buys? Suuure...

This was before I involved him, after that he immediately stopped rating me, most obvious guess is to disassociate himself from all those new born wonders.
In the list between "members" who joined yesterday or day before yesterday...
Knowing how the other side works, my both guess could be real.
But next time I'll refrain from involving an active member in my "guess work".

My mistake, I wasn't paying attention to letters, sorry for that, apparently PIRAT has nothing to do with it, I apologize to PIRAT for mistakenly involving him in my conspiracy theories.
I thought that he was down-voting those posts, so I've mistaken him for another up-loader who has multiple names and with whom I didn't get along, so I thought it might be one of his nicknames he goes by, not realizing that that person's nickname down voting me was spelled differently, so apologies to PIRAT for my impulsive oversight.
I did a mistake, won't happen again, because as I've said I won't involve active members in my conspiracies next time, regardless if they vote me down or anything.
