Spectral Growl Wavetables Vol. 1 for Xfer Serum screenshot
It's here! Thanks to Steve Duda and Xfer Records for creating this insane new softsynth called 'Serum'. This pack is just a little gift from me, 15 free and customizable wavetables for this new softsynth. The wavetables are aimed at making twisting bass and growl patches, so be careful since things can get quite nasty. :)

To use these wavetables you need to find your 'Serum Presets' folder where all your presets are stored. In this folder find the folder 'Tables' and then go to 'User', past the .WAV files in that folder and the next time you launch Serum you can select these wavetables in the main oscillators.

Have fun producing! Oh and if you make something with these feel free to send me it, I'm always interested in hearing these end results.

I know these are free but don't see the harm in posting them here.

Still not got round to installing the synth in question, in fact haven`t even re-plugged the studio or PC back in since we returned from our summer hols 5 weeks ago. Pffffft, work eh, can`t live with it, defo can`t live without it!

Nice. Although Serum just came out like yesterday, I already have so many of them!

For example: Codex Wavetables (yes!), Massive Wavetables (a dude wrote a python script to extract the tables from massive), Animoog Wavetables, original Waldorf Wavetables.

Will up them if I find time.

i usually don't like very much virtual synths, i got bored in seconds with virtual things, and i hate very much the drawings of the guis (learn from valhalla coder dudes) , so i try to use my cheap and old and ugly hardware stuff.
Btw serum istantly enters the golden 3... sylenth spire & serum. (obviously there's reaktor too, but is reductive to call it a virtual synth, looks more like an environment to me)

Mr Duda is a great coder, no doubt. And with a great musical ear too.
