Yamaha DX7 FM digital synthesizer was first introduced in 1983. With its distinctive sound, it became soon a pop icon, being used in many albums by artists like Depeche Mode, Underworld, Brian Eno, Phil Collins, Queen, Beastie Boys, Herbie Hancock and many more.
DX-7 Blaze contains 35 SFZ instrument patches such as pianos, bells, basses, synths, strings, drums etc. These patches can be loaded in the included Zampler//RX (can be found in the compressed file/ both Windows and Mac installers), as well as other SFZ-compatible sampler (see Plogue, for example).
