Rob Papen BLUE II New Presets

Retrieving the original right now, tomorrow I'll have a look.
Surely they changed CP location but not fixed the preset bug.

I Believe it's "University of Liechtenstein".
I was the first and only student in the university when I was studying there, this was after the second world war, when I began to see many other musical acts in the theatres, and I thought my act (playing the spoons while jumping from a flying trapeze into a vat of sauerkraut) at that stage wouldn't guarantee a lifetime's wages to survive and have enough when I decide to retire. So I majored in electronics and had to study Vexillology as well, well they were the only courses offered by the Widow Ethel Stein and her very large and unusual son Franklin Stein. I Studied electronics because people in them days thought electronic instruments were just a passing novelty, but I thought I could do something which would make me world famous, invent an electronic musical instrument that was easily portable, and which would rid the world of those smug little bearded gits who pull out guitars at bonfire parties or whenever people are sunbathing. I invented musical teeth which was a wire across the teeth like braces that were played by a metallic toothpick connected to a battery pack about the size of a cigarette packet that would fit in a top pocket or in a bra. There would be no speaker as the opening of the mouth or throat would vary the sound. I would have made a fortune except that nasty man Rolf Harris stole my idea and reworked it as the stylophone. My musical teeth sounded much better, and as an added option you could get your front teeth drilled in such a way that you would have an ocarina accompaniment by blowing air through your teeth, (that was one of Franklin Stein's ideas which I helped develop).
So to cut a long story short, UL stands for University of Lichtenstein!
