you cant convert it to any thing if there is no audio files if it is just presets for HALion4 is is using the algorithms in HALion4 it has to have some wav files to convert it to kontakt

i will be surprised if HALion4 ever gets cracked very few Steinberg products have ever bin cracked

It really depends on how it is made
If It's only Sample Content than it Could be converted to other formats like Kontakt Or Anny Other Sampler You Would Like To Use

However ... If It Uses Halion 4's Powerful Synth Engine It will not work or at least will sound like crap when you will try to convert it (Since Contact Doesn't have that Engine)
