I want to like RC-20, but I find that I'm turning to other lo-fi plugins instead. Either way, thanks for this I'm gonna give it a try.

Which ones do you find yourself going to? I also use it much less than I expected and when I do go to it I tend to have to fiddle with it more than I'd prefer to be doing, generally.

it's like crate digging. You are almost never going to see someone put out a breaks pack and tell you what records they sampled. Finding obscure slept-on stuff yourself is the whole point.
