The Reese Generator! This is an Ableton instrument rack that uses Serum or Phaseplant to randomly generate a unique Reese bass!

After generating, you can fine tune to your liking with various parameters that ultimately control the tonality and character of the sound! Insanely fun toy utilizing entirely stock Ableton FX plugins to post process the sounds you generate!

All you need is serum or phaseplant (or both, if you want to use them both)

Disclaimer: These racks may not be supported on older versions of each software. Would recommend updating Serum, Phaseplant, and Ableton to their latest builds to ensure the instrument rack works properly.

Thank you for posting this!

I have a problem though, maybe someone can help?
It seems I only have the VST3 version of legit Serum registered and this rack uses the VST2-version which only opens in DEMO mode for me. When I click "buy" to have it registered, the Xfer website opens up but it's a dead 404. Maybe they moved things around because of Serum 2. However I haven't found a way to register the VST2 version of Serum 1 anywhere.

Anyone have a solution?

I fixed it. If you're a legit user, read this thread, page 2, Steve's post from March 05, 2017

But now I have a different problem:

In this rack, under the WIDE section there seemingly are 2 VST plugins that I don't have own, it shows "unknown VST2 plugin" on both of them. I thought the rack was only stock FX apart from Serum/Phaseplant?

Me too, looks like there is a stereo widening plugin missed. Vst2 format.

anyone who's managed successfully to install this able to tell me how it stacks up to Mr Bill's Reese Generator from his 99 racks, if they've also used it as well?
