many of these sound fantastic in the demo. i've never used irs before. what is the best tool available to actually use these?

I like a lot Wave Arts Impulse Record Convology XT (a Rapidgator link stills active), and here is the binaries update (Rapidgator link too). Altiverb is other great option (only the HATHSEPUT mirror is active). These 2 are my preferred, but there are more.
