The soundset is suitable for many genres: ambient, electronica, industrial, IDM, trip-hop, downtempo, synthwave, retrowave, chill out, new age, cinematic, and others.

Make sure you are using the latest firmware.


Titles of the presets on the synth. I figured out how to attach titles to the presets on the device. However, as soon as I send a title to the synth, a preset loses some settings/modulations. I recover the settings, save the preset, and it loses the title.

As a result, you can see the titles of the syx-files, but you won't see the titles on the synth. The order of the presets inside my bank corresponds to the order inside the folder with the files.
I don't think it's a crucial thing, but I must warn you.

theres also a few editors out there for this that let you control things in real time.
so far all the presets that have shown up here are amazing additions.

this one in particular with a bit of stripping down fits right into a nice snes /sega genesis/ turbo graphix 16 esque sound that gets pretty close to true chiptune but maintains the perfect fake chiptune sound without the harshness

They sound great, raw like a Prophet five, well worth it, and works well with my Prophet 6.

Are they any good?
Well, I have a 16-voice Sequential Prophet REV2, and bought my Behringer Pro-800 after watching a Youtube video where a guy with a Sequential Prophet 5 compared the Behringer Pro-800 to his Prophet, and he could not tell the difference.
The REV 2 is a DCO synth, and the Pro-800 is VCOs - they compliment each other nicely!
