I'm still trying to understand why not a single bank of presets for Modwave native works for me, i downloaded and tried to install all the banks available for download, please if someone found a way just let me know, thanks, no problems at all with Opsix native and i think that i'm not the only one having problem with this.

Go to librarian mode. click the three dots in the top right corner and select import, then go select the library file. Import will only be an option in Librarian mode.

I know the procedure but it doesn't work for me, none of the banks i tried works, i import, a "importing file" window pops up and never goes away doing nothing at all, stays stuck until i'm forced to close it and in the end no presets imported at all, everything fine with Opsix native banks, nor at all with Modwave native, does it work for you?

It does work for me, I got some question about "this file already exists" and an option to "make unique" but thats it. This modwave native is a little buggy. It did spazz out twice and close my DAW whilst using the randomizer

Opsix patches are better anyway, there's nothing special about modwave.

It should work with both but for me not a single bank available here works, when i import it just loads forever and nothing happens.

i am after a format on a PC win 10 pro , Ableton 11 latest version . I installed modwave version 1.02 and follow the instructions above . It worked and loads immediately . I also tried opsix where you have to write the presets in the user folder without the folder that they are in ( if you put the folder in then nothing showing ) and it also works . I can confirm it .

I will never understand why any of these modwave banks don't work for me, i'm about to give up really.

They work for the VST. You have to put the samples in one location. Pick a folder and name it "user samples" then all modwave samples go in there (the compiled bank). Tell the VST to look there for the samples. Then when you import the patches select "make unique." Instructions are in the file. So there are two things to do: 1. put the samples somewhere and 2 import the actual programs. These are two different files.
