Interesting collection.

ANA&MO and Vintage are duplicates of each other, and are Korg's PMH11 card, otherwise known as "Analog & Vintage". Sound on Sound review from 1996 here: https://www.soundonsound.com/reviews/korg-phc11-phc12-prophecy

The "Andrew" bank:
It seems to have 44 patches different from the "Factory" bank.
I deleted all but those 44, although the factory patches may have been altered even if the names remained the same.

The "ANA&MO" bank:
The 1st group (A) of ANA&MO seems to be the PHC11 "Analogue and Vintage Models" card.
The 2nd group (B) of ANA&MO seems to be the PHC12 "Modern Models" card.

Those 2 banks are included in the recent Prophecy.v1.0.2-Ret-2021.08.26 release.
(I deleted the "ANA&MO" & just added the descriptions to the existing folders)

As the PUN_PR1A bank is by Paul Nagle, I downloaded from his website and named his bank folder "Paul Nagle-PR1A. I will compare patches.

The "Vintalog" bank ALSO seems to be the PHC11 "Analogue and Vintage Models" card, so I deleted that.

Curious to find where the other came from ..

Rhythm Lab - Andrew is the same as Factory Bank in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\KORG\Prophecy\Presets\Factory

Rhythm Lab - ANA&MO is the same as Factory Bank in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\KORG\Prophecy\Presets\PHC11

..there are more duplicates or three of same preset!

When I try to open one of these in the VST via SYX, I get 'invalid file size'. What am I doing wrong?

You don't need to import them. Place the presets where the rest of them are and the plugin will pick it up. On Windows it's \My Documents\KORG\Prophecy\Presets\
