im really happy with this complete release who need Nexus now? Avenger is more flexible and has all the modern sounds if needed, and if its not there you can design it yourself as you like great stuff and the presets are a good starting point for me.

I own Nexus, that's why I like to comment your statement/question.
Avenger and Nexus are totally two totally different stories.
Nexus strength are incomparable better performance to Avenger and sample based very realistic sounds.
Some Musicians use even Nexus for Orchestra (strings, winds, horns, acoustic piano etc.) stuff.

By the way (some insider news), in few months NEXUS v3 will be out.
Resizable GUI, better Browser and much more.

Nexus limits you a lot, you spend $ 70 on an Xp that cannot be edited or used, do you only serve 7 presets, for the small price of $ 70?
Avenger is the future, nexus is from the past, the serum sounds clean, fat and of great quality. sylenth and spire, u-he, omnisphere, who needs nexus? Making a movie is already Kontakt and Omnisphere. Nexus has no user support, small graphical user interface, obsolete arpeggio, has not been updated for years of version 2.7, throws money in XP and can not make any synthesis, Avenger is unrivaled please ... Let's be sensitive I guess you're a newbie

Yes, Nexus has got old now... There are too much more flexible synths actually to still buy any xp for Nexus.

They're only locked if you use your licensed version. They still work with the pirated version (v1.4.10).
