First you put a question mark after the word "This".
That changes what you posted into a question.

Sorry, just fooling around.
But it makes me wonder if you don't know how to install them,
and can't understand all the videos and instruction of all the web sites of how to install these, if it is responsible of me to attempt giving instructions.
In general just copy the folder to where your 3rd party presets are, make sure the directory on the top left is set to "All", and then refresh Omnisphere. You should then be able to see the patches.

I'd better just give a link to some and let you choose which look reasonable to attempt.
