One of the best vst instruments ever, with a thick, fat, analog sound.
I don't regret buying it, even though there is a R2R version available which doesn't need the elicenser .
Pads, bass, plucks, leads....with its 4 layers, largo can do everything. With filters from the Waldorf hardware synths, it's no surprise everything sounds so great.

This could look like an advertising. . :)
But owning a q rack, a microwave, a microwave xt, i know how those things sound.

Unfortunately, today, a product may be the best ever, but tomorrow, something inferior is released, but because it is brand new, people will get it, and forget what they had :)

Guys, give largo a chance... there are at least 10 commercial banks available (too sad people prefer making presets/soundbanks for silenth1 or massive...)

Totally agree with you, Largo is the most accurate counterpart hardware model: Blofeld, maybe a little soft and less aggressive but very close (I have both). The big problem are the factory presets from Largo, very boring and not representative from his powerful capabilities. The people left it by this reason and no tweak to make own sounds.

What's impressive is the low CPU consumption of largo. The sound is not that impressive. There are a lot other virtual synths out there sounding warmer and fatter than Largo right out of the box.
