Use a program called Restorator. You can drag entire folders. Not one png at a time. It's how I pack the skins I make.

It could be great skin, R&M themed Serum is great idea (I'm a big fan of the show obviously), just too bad it's rather poorly executed - especially the effect racks, these simple gradients looks cheap really. Main UI looks good but the top Morty image that in combination with preset comments in green is unreadable and uncomfortable, so I'll pass on this one, sorry :(
