Indeed it is RFL,In fact, RFL can only be read in Reason. but the THiS contents(AKAI S5000-6000 Effects) are WAV Only without Patch file. In NN19, NNXT Sampler inst you can not play without creating a custom Patch File.

Also, WAV File can be played by importing to pad drum inst KONG, pattern drum inst ReDrum or import AudioTrack in Reason.
