Can we say that a 17 years old DSP audio board is a vintage gear? Maybe not yet, but surely its onboard 80-bit precision reverb algorithm still has something to say.

Room Simulator is a convolution library for Live 9 extracted from the homonymous reverb plugin implemented in the Creamware TripleDAT, a great mid-90s DSP board capable of real-time processing.

The included 106 IR samples have been obtained by capturing custom virtual spaces built with various reflection patterns, room sizes and livingness amounts calculated with 80-bit internal precision. Room Simulator comes with 106 x 2 Convolution Devices & Racks and 4 Convolution Pro Banks and it's primarily designed to enrich percussions and drums with deep, dark, metal-sounding spaces.
