Well there are midi files for you to use your own sounds & they'd sound much more HD and modern. If you had creative skills, you'd be able to make some pretty damn good pieces out of what is provided here. You don't have to use the wav files. There are midis too so you can make them sound more modern. I did it with numerous packs like this. I took the midi files only & made the songs into something totally different. I use these solely for inspiration only. Also your comments are way too negative. I understand mine are negative too sometimes but at least I have something nice to say once in a while, too.

Your right, it's a Vaporwave sample pack. It's meant to sound old and gritty, the genre is built on LO-FI / Future Neon styles. Take a look at artists such as Neon Indian, Com Truise, Macintosh Plus.. Their all using elements of this style.
