Probably, this differs in a category.
It is not Sample Loops categoly May be Remix and STEMS (multitracks).

because it archive mainlly loop? song with vocal, all (or a part of) commercial released tracks ,behinde music publisher or record labels.

and can't separation from wave files and it's not multi tracks
(Sony's Spectralayer or iZotope RX3 or isoration device uses Come out and divide is? NO WAY!!)

Way to be a Noob

It's simple LOGIC my Friend. And category I added under samples and loops because it contains Samples aw and also Loops OMGOSH on top of that there is a Bonus folder with Custom sounds that this person created Royalty Free.

Hands down anyone who samples would need permission for use of samples. So what makes this any different? And it was a Free Loop Kit, this person is not getting paid for this pack.

The bonus sounds are but im sure Samples & Loops are not. Because they are songs that are published but can be used for Hip-Hop Production if you love sampling & digging thru records. Then this would be for you. Im sure you can get away with selling these with leases. If you sell exclusives then the artist would have to get the okay for that sample or loop. Im sure you would know what sounds would be royalty Free by hearing them.
