What You mentioned is true and I agree but there is a second aspect: "Hard disk Jungle".

I produce since about 30 years. As I bought my first cubase with an Atari St, it was very complicated and difficult to learn. a 500 pages cubase reference book, a computer and a Guy who touches a Computer for first time. However all I had was a Keyboard and a Guitar. I Lived and loved Years with them and produced my best songs.
Now the problem is specially for people who download any sample, plugin and software, that they get lost in a Hard disk Jungle. So many downloaded Sounds, loops, tools on Your Hard disk.

Pirated or not Pirated, a huge library of sounds and loops gets out of control, too many Plugins and Vst Instruments waists Your time during Production. You try to find the best Sound or plugin for Your track. You search and compare, replace 100 times this with that. and exactly this is the Virus of Music production.

You are right....!!! I use just simple Magix Music Maker and Reaper... now trying Mixcraft.... All Soft is easy to learn.. and the most important to me IT IS FUN!! A lot of Sound samples is useless if you dont know how to deal with them!! Make it simple Follow your heart and make music and have fun !!
