so sorry for this question but what is the wallpaper and the nicnt file? and what is the difference between this and a kontakt library from for instance 6 gb?

It's so that you can easily use it in Kontakt without having to learn how to create the necessary file yourself, without it your library won't work. You will need to download the actual library though since this is just the wallpaper and nicnt.

The Uploaded.net link works, there must be something wrong on your end like ISP filtering. If that's the case if you click my name it will take you to my profile and if you hit the RSS feed you can see a list of all the posts i made. In there is a post called Blocked In Your Country?
