Adagietto and Cinematic Strings 2 sound very good out of the box.
You will be very pleased for sure

About the limits, i've seen composers for TV /Games using a single computer loaded with only 8GB RAM and a dual core
Instead of layering 2 or 3 strings banks, they use one, pick only a few other banks and learn to orchestrate better, to EQ better...instead of stacking to compensate.

I am interested to know hoe Cinestrings compare to Spitfire BML Mural Strings vol.1 in terms of sound quality, articulations, ease of use, etc
Anyone who tried both, please share your opinion. Waiting for Andrew's very usefull reviews as well.

Well, I don't profess to be an expert in this area, but from my tampering with both of these libs, I can say that Mural definitely has smoother and somewhat more natural soft velocities; with CineStrings the samples seem to start kinda violently at the beginning of a phrase (you probably won't notice it in the middle of your melody, it will most likely be drowned out by reverb). Also, some people have reported a few bugs and inconsistencies on the previous pages, although that will be surely fixed by an update.

That being said, Mural is probably the top string library at the moment. So, if you're asking about Mural vs. CineStrings, my guess would be that Mural will stand victorious. However, that doesn't make CineStrings useless.

Mural would be my choice but it depends on your system capabilities. Also Mural received the highest rating so far on Andrew's reviews on AudioSex. 9 out of 10 stars.

I have the legit version of Kontakt 5.3 and I still get the "this library is encrypted...." message. Not working for me on my Mac.

For ppl getting Kontakt "encrypted" error, this is a trouble related to LEGIT Kontakt BUG.
Nothing to do with any specific bank or bad Kontakt crack.

Remove the "encrypted" error library.
Update NI Service Center.
Re-add the library.

It should work

I was having the "the patch is encrypted and cannot be loaded..." problem too, until I realized the problem was that I edited the ncint file to change the lib number. On some libraries like this one, the ncint file should not be edited. Now I keep the original and all works fine.

I have a problem with the second decompression (r00, r01 ...), it asks me to insert a disc into the drive containing the "syn-cscstc. ² 00" file.
3 weeks to download, and here I am stuck!
I used hulkfile ...

Try going into Winrar and then using the Open command and pointing it to the rar file and see what happens. Don't just double click in Explorer. Also make sure you're running the latest version which we have on site as well.
