Introducing Dirty Modular, a powerful hybrid modular virtual instrument powered by the Kontakt Free Player.

Under the hood of this beast lies 8,496 pristine audio samples, direct from a real analogue modular synth. These form the bases of 170 multisampled oscillator settings ready to be combined, routed and processed further.

From the front end you are presented with a stunning GUI allowing you to create patches visually using the 3d rendered cables, as well as load and save internal presets at lightening speed and without reloading the main Kontakt instrument.

This stunning instrument is packed full of analogue modelled effects and powerful LFO's, envelopes and an analogue style step sequencer. It is able to create a huge range of sounds, from filthy basses and leads to retro 80's pop to deep melodic pads and everything in between.

We wanted to create something that put detailed raw sounds already at your fingertips, allowing deep and complex sounds to be built easily without fiddling, allowing you to concentrate on what is most important - the music!

installed kontakt 5.4.1 from here but this still loads up as a demo
any help on this would be appreciated

The Kontakt doesn't open it.Can you just explain this error from kontakt : "This patch is encrypted and cannot be loaded unless the respected library is registered properly" !

I haven't tried this one yet, so I'm not sure this can help, but usually this kontakt error can be solved if you add the library folder through the library tab in kontakt. Hope this helps and solves the problem.

Anyone else notice a lot of crackling when changing presets?

Actually, I don't really like this library sounds and it seems half baked. Thanks for the share in nay case, but I think I will delete it, Not worth the real estate.

To ppl getting troubles :
-Use last cracked Kontakt version
-Delete lib from Kontakt (wrench icon)
-Update NI Service Center (there is a legit bug related to it)
-Restart K
-Add it again

On the lib itself : try some "Creative Presets" and you will see why it is called "dirty"

Distortion, punch on the attacks. Very nice synth. A lot better than "punchless" Kontakt synths.

After some tests, I noticed I'm getting extremely high CPU spikes and sound cracking when moving the portamento buttom. Also, when playing far apart notes with portamento. Don't think this is normal. Here: windows 7 64 bits.
