presets set back to default patch after saving in FL Studio 20.9 on Windows 10. Has some good sounds but is pretty useless if presets don't recall after saving

Sounds to me like you need to sort out your Kontakt installation, but you haven't stated which version or whose release you're using.

it doesn't work for me. it plays the odd note here and there. i mean only 1 key on my 88 note nektar made a sound!
