Media composer Jon Meyer has released a free Kontakt instrument library featuring the sounds of a Kawai BS-30 upright piano.

I sampled my Kawai Piano with the felts engaged for that dark, moody, quiet vibe. Neumann KM84’s provide the focus, U47 clones bring the hype and width with Coles 4038 Ribbons on the back for a nice round, clear low end.

he did a really good job on this one - it sounds really nice; even played solo. it's similar to the free spitfire labs felt piano but it's also good to have lots of options to play with (to keep things fun in exploring new toys as well as keeping your sound original w lots of sound sources to utilize)... just my lowly opinions of course.
