folder in rar SUBSTANCE - this default name for library. if you placed library in other folder simply copy library data and snapshots folders in library folder root and MERGE folders (not replace or overwrite).

c'mon, guys, break you brains! just look into both folders - installed library and expansion - and you'll understand what needs to be done.
