Sorry to ask, but is this exactly the same as the 28gb previous release , or am I missing something? There was 25gb of duplicate files?!!!?

It's the same without unnecessary files that make it 28gb for no reason.
It does exactly the same as prior one but footprint is only 2.96 GB.

It was done using inNKX plugin for Total Commander. With that you can unpack and repack virtually any NI archive

Same release without duplicate files. I guess trying to make it comparable to NEXUS at least in size to justify charging over $300 for it and duplicated files. BTW, I am just a messenger. Somebody else went through the trouble of REPACKING this. товарищ "K" спасибо

i keep using this thing. idk if thats a good thing but it works for me. deleted the waste of hd space 28gb version because this one works just the same. same quality. why keep the 28gb of duplicate samples, an why did the developer do this anyway?

How do you add this to the Kontakt library? Tried already with Kontakt 5 app and then opening with Kontakt 6 and it's not there. Even when I reopen Kontakt 5 it's not available...

Go to C:>Program Files>Common Files>Native Instruments>Service Center and look for the Altron xml. Make sure that the SNPID is Q01. If it is remove library. Remove xml and registry entries and reinstall. Just in case check the SNPID is not shared by another library (which I doubt)

I'm on a Mac and it's pretty simple to fix usually. I know where the corresponding folders are, but I get a loading error. No similar id either.
Say patches are of a library not installed.

Doesn't appear to be working on Mac Blaqmatic, which is odd because it's working fine on Windows, and usually with Kontakt libs they either work or they don't on both platforms.

Perhaps the nicnt number is causing a conflict, we need some Mac guys to check the nicnt number in service center etc, perhaps changing the number in the nicnt file and in the xml file in service center would be worth a try.
I don't know much about Mac so I can't really help.

EDIT: As I suspected it has to do with the way libs are added using cracked Kontakt, Sunsum has install instructions for Mac on page 2.

I'm only guessing but maybe they had to duplicate the files because they were bound by NI rules or file-naming conventions about being NKS compliant (?). Maybe Komplete Kontrol and Maschine users could confirm if this stripped down version works just as well.

Your guess was just a guess because it DOES work on Maschine. There is no one single library that will take 25GB just for the NKS implementation. NONE. We are talking 8 times the size here of this release. If that was the case a 50GB third party library would become a 400GB library. AS I explained, the developer is not an honest one. He simply try to fool all of us. Good try. And he is not the only one who has done it. We have others doing the same crap. Even well known companies have used samples from old libraries.
