The Concert Strings 2 library is designed for ultimate musical expression, playability and flexibility. I have to disagree. I think Kirk Hunter strings have a great sound - for Pop music composition and works great in fast passages! Of course i won't use this for serious cinematic/ambient stuff, but for other quick stuff, it works great!

Yes.. You maybe right but consider this :

1-amount of size (17gig for this ? :o ) No way
2-natural ? never
3-price? :|
4-deep sampled ? no

but good for quick works this is what I'm agree with ...
of course for quick works you can use many other libraries with lower ram and cpu usage ..

If I'm not mistaken, this was released first for Gigastudio more than ten years ago then they took the very same samples and adapted the whole package for Kontakt. It shows its age.

I must confess, I'll be eternally grateful not only to all the very gr8 contributors here at AZ, and everywhere else in the uniWErBse, but also to some of those whiners/complainers that post critics on some really weak, overrated, outdated sample libraries b/c it usually saves us a lot of HD space & precious d/L'ing time for plenty of other kool shares.

So, a big THANKS to all of you that make our musical journey a little less harsh'n'tough in these beautiful (and "sometimes" pretty weird) times of digital music.
