    No problem here with unpacking nor with "Low" nki. You have first to select an articolation and then it will work.

    I can confirm no problem here as well both with downloads and Low.nki once articulation on bottom octave is selected.
    Note that when you start the Low.nki patch articulations are not visible on Kontakt keyboard so you have to move the octaves down with buttons bellow Kontakt onscreen keyboard's pitch and mod wheels.

    Same situation like with other posts, with missing file. For example Findasound Oriental Soloist 2 missing nki files, or the Audio Imperia pianos missing samples.
