Just for kicks. LOL

It can take you a whole night just to find the kick drum. I think that's pointless, but YMMV. It's better to take the kick, and other drums for that matter, right from the source you like and shape them the way you want them to sound. Then use the spare time to make a killer track for a change. Just my humblest of the humblest opinions... less browsing for samples, more making music.

Cheers!

that's a good point. I start with a pack that I know caters to the specific style of genre and then shape sounds from there

just assume all Audiostrike's posts have the same password, even if it's not posted in original post

We all have lots of kick drum samples already - that is defiantly something we can all agree on - Recently though I have come to the conclusion that having a huge library of kick drum samples is not a good thing - And what I plan to do today is to change that for the better - These Zero - G kick drum samples will be of the highest quality - I'll keep them along with Sonic Academy's Kick synthesiser - I'll then delete every other kick drum sample within my library - This will actually speed up my productions and work flow and free up valuable HD space - I've started shrinking my entire sample library because to much choice is actually a burden - Also quite a lot of sample packs I've accumulated just sit there on my HD unused - totally pointless ----

Ultimately having less samples will force me to become a better sound designer - better sound design equals better more unique productions :)

would it be such a big file, it it were just the 10,750 wav files? i can't see doing over a gig d/l for drums, whether purchased or not
