.kipr files are super small data files that just tell the amp what settings to use.

The trick that Kemper does is by using its profiler to send a series of test signals through the amp to be profiled, then to adjust itself to match. That algorithm is the secret of the Kemper, so to speak.

I'm not sure if there would be any way to access those without a Kemper. Never have heard of any such utility which can load Kemper profiles apart from the Kemper hardware itself.
