Some packs on their site specifically say "royalty free" but many don't and there is absolutely no indication anywhere of any sort of licensing agreement, what a shambles. You can't really sell someone a sample pack and not let them know what is and isn't allowed with it.

Sounds great but the sounds being Royalty Free are sketchy. Then again if I sample I would chop & change the sample anyways.
