Firelights is offering the Rubber Tracks community samples from their song "This Morning Is Mine".

Brooklyn quintet Firelights artfully meld three-part vocal harmonies with a lush soundscape of delicate acoustic guitars, sweeping electrics, organs, pianos and percussion, delivering heartfelt stories of bitter heartbreak and sweet sweet recovery.

The group was formed in 2012 by veteran Brooklyn songwriter Tim Emmerick, who enlisted a crew of seasoned NYC pros. They have quickly gelled into a singular voice, combining a post rock sensibility with a deep love for classic American folk, country and roots.

The quintet recently completed their debut EP, which was mixed by Brian Bender (Jose James, Langhorne Slim) and is due out in early 2014.
