I like to do this DIY.
1) A bottle of vodka. Half of it could be enough. Start with a full glass of it and drink it as quickly as possible. Enjoy the second glass, then third, as much as it's needed to make you feel angry.
2) Find someone to annoy you. Don't forget to setup the mic and your DAW to start recording while vodka still haven't kicked in fully. <-- very important step!
3) Wait for a while... then let the person start annoying you, calling you names, or do whatever you don't like the most.
4) Have a breakdown and start shouting and smashing things. [not your computer, of course]. Don't hit the person, but having some cardboard boxes full of garbage you don't need work rather well for the purpose. Metal trash bins are my favourite things to smash with my feet and they sound wonderful! Try to remember to stop recording when you're finished venting.
5) Drink a jar of pure water, calm down for 10-20 minutes, then try to walk around the block and breathe some fresh air. Drink some more water afterwards.
6) Enjoy the results! In the morning when you wake up, of course.

p.s. wear some really sturdy footwear in order to not hurt your feet that much. Dr. Martens boots work really well for the occasion. If you want to avoid possibly hurting your feet, use a baseball bat, or some kind of a metal or wooden pole. Metal ones sound nicer, but it depends on your taste. The difference between the two is similar to a difference between a soft and hard limiter.

Cheers!
