But over 600 spf files and no sbf files, it's a little nerve-racking for me. And it seems for the FLPs you need the old Spire version and a few other external vst, and most of the samples are from Dave Parkinson Trance Essentials.

Hopefully the other new stuff from FSS get's shared too.

1) Fire up an instance of Spire.

2) Menu > Select Bank > init. This will give you a "clean" bank filled with init patches.

3) Menu > Load Preset. The "trick" is that you can select several patches in the file selection dialog (using the usual Windows selection modifiers Shift and CTRL). In your case go to the subdirectory with your patches, press 4) CTRL+A to select all files and click Open. The first slots of the init bank will now be filled with your patches.

4) Menu > Save Bank. Save your bank wherever you like.

5) Use Menu > Import Bank to import your bank to always have it available in the banks selection sub menu.

As far as the samples. Dave usually is my go to package as well, but there are more ofcourse.
