Took this from Terms and Conditions: That means you don’t have to clear the samples for beat leasing, mixtapes, SoundCloud etc. but you must clear the samples for any industry work/major placements.
Even if you buy it you can't use it !!

More than a few internet sample providers are taking this approach lately.... Its pretty corny in my opinion. They are trying to get placement credits without doing the work.

so let me try to understand clearly these wordings... Clear the samples for any industry work/major placements mean i won't get credit as the producer? but it will be clear under their names? really??

Wow. Its just sounds. You didn't find a cancer cure. So if I create a sample pack of my farts, you'd need to clear it for usage with me because, after all, its that fart sample that got you that six figure soundtrack job.

...HMMH... I buy this library, I do a hard work to make jingles, soundtracks or similar that producers request to me and then I cannot mark anything as my creation, even after a second payment? This is a fake license: our credits with my creations. All right, I'm not doing this.
