First of all... Soviets could not groove, which is why they were cold as ice.
Second of all... what good is this shit if it's "not royalty free"...

none of the other free packs are listed like this on their website, only the soviet grooves ones. Im guessing that maybe they are using sampled stuff thats copyright'ed and therefor can not claim its a "royalty free pack". A bunch of chunks chopped from old soviet records im guessing?

Firstly, only noobs are concerned about 'royalty free'. Do you really think these guys are going to take you to court? No. You ask them politely if you can use it, most of the time they will be flattered. In the worst case you pay a tiny sample fee unless you're already a high flying artist who can afford it. End of the day, unless you're making serious money off their sample they don't GAF.

Secondly, the Russian's have some of the illest grooves going. Saying they can't groove is an insult to crate diggers.
