As explained in the video you must copy the content here:
Spectrasonics\STEAM\Omnisphere\Settings Library\Patches\User

But where is the refresh button?

Edit : found the refresh button in the patch browser view.

Got it working now. But the preset Key Feud, needs Keyscape library for Omnisphere to be installed.
