Although I appreciate the upload, the rapidgator links are already down. Why can't AudioZ have a policy where mirrors would be allowed for hosts that haven't been upped to? A reup for RG would be appreciated

I Imagine it doesn´t depend on AudioZ. Uploaders like Fantastic only use this site as one more for their payment releases. There are same releases from him in other sites. Obviously, condition for publishing here is that no release from him can be mirrored. That´s all. So easy as wait hours or days and take a look at torrent sites.
